How to return unopened goods to Jolt Peptides or complain about a defective or damaged parcel. This applies to all countries we deliver to: the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Austria, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands and Poland.
1. Returns within 14 days
- You can return unopened and unused goods in their original intact (sealed) packaging within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
- First let us know by email at info@joltpeptides.com with your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions – please do not send goods without them.
- For hygiene and safety reasons and given the nature of research chemicals, goods whose packaging has been opened or damaged, and used goods, cannot be returned.
- You pay the cost of sending the goods back, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective goods delivered).
2. Refunds
We refund in the same way the payment was made, or by bank transfer, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may hold the refund until the goods arrive or until you prove they have been sent. The refund is made in the currency the order was paid in (EUR, CZK, HUF, RON, DKK or PLN).
3. Complaints about defective or damaged goods
- Check the packaging when you receive the parcel. If it is visibly damaged, do not accept the parcel, or record the damage with the carrier (Packeta or DPD).
- Report obvious defects and missing goods within 2 working days of delivery, hidden defects within 1 month at the latest.
- Send the complaint by email to info@joltpeptides.com with your order number, a description of the defect and photos of the parcel and goods.
- We remedy the defect by sending replacement or missing goods, or by a discount or refund. We will let you know by email how the complaint is handled.
4. Undelivered and returned parcels
If you do not collect the parcel, refuse it or it cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, we refund the price of the goods less the costs of delivery and return of the parcel (clause 5.9 of the terms and conditions). For Packeta cash-on-delivery orders this may also include the cash-on-delivery fee.
